In the course of common historiography individual characters have consistently excelled with particular ideas, which were as well of pioneering significance, as they were also seminal – and they still are. However, they quickly felt into oblivion, have not well been understood, or simply disappeared in waves of information flood over the years. Therefore the following listing wants to pick up some figures to point out their special significance.
The listing does not claim to be complete, and is more of an exemplary nature.
Hermes Trismegistos (Thrice Great Hermes)
Chronologically it is hard to rank him, because miscellaneous incarnations are assigned to him. At the same time he is associated to mythological, biblical and divine figures…

Originator and source of hermeticism.
Anaximander (610 B.C. – 547 B.C.)
Greek philosopher, astronomer and astrophysicist.
He composed an oeuvre on the primal cause of the world, the primal matter named “Apeiron”.
Anaximenes (585 B.C. – 528 B.C.)
Greek philosopher, astronomer and pre-Socratic.
He composed an oeuvre on the primal cause of the world, which he saw in the element “air”.
Pythagoras (582 B.C. – 497 B.C.)
Greek polymath, mathematician, philosopher and priest.
He is the originator of the holy geometry, as it is known today.
Empedokles (495 B.C. – 435 B.C.)
Greek philosopher, naturalist, medical author, politician, speaker, and poet.
The conventional doctrine of the elements experienced the strongest spread in the fifth century B.C. by him.
Aristoteles (384 B.C. – 322 B.C.)
Greek philosopher and naturalist.
He was one of the most influential philosopher and naturalist in history and enhanced the conventional model of the four element theory.
Johannes Kepler (27.12.1571 – 15.11.1630)
German natural philosopher, mathematician, astronomer, astrologer, optometrist, and evangelical theologian.
He discovered a direct link between the harmonic discipline and the movement of the planets and developed out of it the Kepler’s laws as they are known today.
René Descartes (31.03.1596 – 11.02.1650)
French philosopher, mathematician and natural scientist.
The name of the “Cartesian” coordinate system goes back to him and his name.
Johann Daniel Titius (1729-1796)
A German scientist, who considered also astronomy.
He discovered a mathematical correlation between the different planet orbits as they are situated around the sun.
Dr. William Horatio Bates (27.12.1860 – 10.06.1931)
American doctor and eye specialist.
He developed a therapy (Bates method) to regenerate sharp vision, so that it becomes possible to resign glasses.
Georges Lakhovsky (17.09.1870 – 31.08.1942)
Russian doctor, physicist and inventor.
Where the ones see contradictions he discovered natural scientific correlations and formulated a hypothesis on the mode of operation of cosmic energies.
Viktor Schauberger (30.06.1885 – 25.09.1958)
Austrian forest ranger, legal advisor, inventor and naturalist.
He is the inventor of water carriage constructions for logs. No scientist has ever explored the essence of water so profoundly as he did.
Wilhelm Reich (24.03.1897 – 03.11.1957)
As the discoverer of bions, explorer of orgon, and originator of orgonometry he postulates a self-organizing form of energy, which is severely conflicting with the common statement of entropy as it is known from thermodynamics.
Hans Jenny (16.08.1904 – 23.06.1972)
Swiss doctor, teacher, painter, and naturalist.
He is the originator of “Kymatik” – the visualization of vibration and sound waves.
Burkhard Christian Ludwig Alexander Heim (09.02.1925 – 14.01.2001)
German physicist.
He developed the physical model of a 12-dimensional universe that fulfills (for the first time) all requirements of the great unified theory (GUT).
Viktor Grebennikov (23.04.1927 – 10.04.2011)
Russian naturalist, entomologist (bug hunter), and author.
He discovered the levitation force of the wings of specific kind of beetles, that may be triggered by vibrations.
Dr. Geerd Ryke Hamer (17.05.1935 – 02.07.2017)
German doctor and internist.
He is the originator of the “new medical science”, also called “Germanic medicine”.
